Terms And Conditions

Commitment to Privacy: At AQGET, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We use your personal information, such as your billing, delivery, and email addresses, only to process your order and keep you informed about it. Occasionally, we may also send you information about new features, services, and special offers that we think you may find valuable. We do not rent, trade, or share your email address with any other company for marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy: We never store your credit card details or share your personal information with any third parties.

Delivery Policy: After commissioning your painting, please allow 7-12 days for it to be delivered. We use FedEx and DHL special delivery services, which guarantee next-day delivery. You will receive a personal delivery date from us.

Deposits for Portrait Commissions: If you commission a portrait based on a photograph, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you are not satisfied with the portrait, you can request changes in writing, which we will pass on to the artist. Once you approve the final version, you must settle the remaining balance. No further alterations can be made after approval, and no refunds will be given.

Refund Policy: Paintings that are personally and specifically designed for a customer, such as portrait paintings of people, animals, and houses, cannot be refunded. However, we guarantee that all paintings will be of the same standard as shown on our website, and clients can request unlimited changes. Once you approve the final version, no further alterations can be made, and no refunds will be given since we cannot resell such paintings.

Copyright Policy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any photographs or images supplied to AQGET are either copyright-free or that they have permission to use and supply them. By supplying us with images, the customer warrants that they own or have obtained copyright permission for them and agrees to assume full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright suit or action that may arise.
